No More Sacrifices(10)
A World Before Motion
I built the world in Midjourney v8.1 before asking it to move. The first reference images fixed the essential geography: two figures separated across a vast stone summit, the pyramid rising above the jungle and an ordered crowd gathered far below. Establishing that scale early made the later confrontation feel like part of a larger belief system rather than an isolated action scene.

Designing Ritual at Scale
The crowd was treated as choreography, not background decoration. Symmetry, repeated garments and synchronised kneeling turned hundreds of figures into a single visual force, while the emissary and the opposing ceremonial leader remained isolated at the top. Alternate generations helped me test how much distance, stillness and negative space the confrontation could hold.

Light, Texture and Lived Detail
The quieter references made the setting usable beyond the summit. Hard natural light crossing a narrow passage, dust suspended in the air and shadow cutting through a moving figure gave the architecture a daily rhythm. These frames established how bodies would pass between light and darkness before that contrast became part of the film's movement.

From Image References to Performance
I developed the film as three linked Seedance 2.0 sequences inside InVideo, using image references only. Each prompt carried more than movement: it defined dialogue, performance, camera behaviour, sound and the close-quarters fight while asking the model to preserve the architecture, lighting and ceremonial design already established in the stills.
A Creative Partnership with InVideo
No More Sacrifices was created in direct creative partnership with InVideo. The collaboration gave me room to test a reference-led workflow in which worldbuilding, performance and action could be developed inside one production environment. The result is a compact proof of concept: a visually specific world moving without giving up the image language that made it compelling in the first place.
